Yayasan Kanser Kanak-Kanak (YASKA) is a dedicated non-governmental organization in Brunei Darussalam, founded in 2011 by health professionals and parents who shared one mission - to support children diagnosed with cancer and ensure no family faces this journey alone. From its beginnings at the Paediatric Oncology Ward of the Women & Children Centre, YASKA has grown into a compassionate community network providing emotional support, educational assistance, awareness programmes, survivorship activities, and essential resources for families in need.
Working hand-in-hand with the Ministry of Health, volunteers, healthcare specialists, and international childhood cancer organizations, YASKA continues to uplift young warriors by offering hope, empowerment, and meaningful care throughout treatment and beyond.
Since 2011, YASKA has been actively involved in hospital support programmes, cancer awareness campaigns, international paediatric oncology collaborations, and survivor initiatives - ensuring every child and parent in Brunei receives comprehensive, heartfelt care.
Our goal is simple yet powerful: to stand united for children with cancer, offering strength and hope when they need it most.
